Delivery
We expect to dispatch paid orders within 5 business days from Bratislava, Slovakia. We ship to EU countries using Slovenská pošta. Shipping is charged in addition to the merchandise price and calculated from the delivery destination and packed parcel weight. The full charge will be shown before you pay. We will send tracking details after dispatch.
Changing your mind
If you buy online as a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by emailing team@lumusinvestment.com before the 14 days end. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can also use the model form below.
Send the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Please address returns to: Terezia Jacova, Zahradnicka 2218/4, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovakia. You pay the direct cost of return postage. We will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery within 14 days after you notify us. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
You may inspect items as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email team@lumusinvestment.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights remain in place. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover the cost of returning a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges and business orders
As a small community project, we do not offer a voluntary extended returns or exchanges programme. Business purchases do not include a voluntary change-of-mind return, but this does not affect any rights required by law.

You can copy and email this form to team@lumusinvestment.com. You only need to use it if you wish to withdraw from an order.
