Zuzana is a CEO and co-founder of BE-ID human, a diversity consulting company. Prior to that, she served as Senior VP of Expansion and Marketing at Enehano and co-founded Kilta. Zuzana holds a Master's degree in translation from Commenius University in Slovakia. Based in Bratislava.

Terezia is an Investment Manager at CB ESPRI, a social impact fund. Prior to that, she built her investment expertise at Neulogy Ventures. She also serves as an external expert for the European Innovation Council. She holds a Bachelor's degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree from IMC Krems in Austria. Based in Bratislava.

Vladimira is CEO of European Startup Embassy. Previously she managed startup partnerships at Microsoft Prague as a Partner Development Manager. In her free time, she enjoys organizing and participating as a jury member in startup competitions such as Startup Weekend Prague. She holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Slovakia. Based in San Francisco.

Lucia is the Head of Portfoli and Product at BACKED VC, a London-based frontier tech seed fund, where she works with founders in scaling their ventures. She has led research at fintech startups Keebo and Cuvva and drove go-to-market strategy and international expansion at Slido, holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Northeastern State University, and is a Newton Venture Capital Fellow. Based in London.

Andrea is curently a Partner at SpeedInvest, with a focus on digital health investments. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Elvie, a groundbreaking Femtech company. She holds a Master of Physics degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Co-founder, investor, board member, advisor, and author–anthropologist — Lucia brings a multidisciplinary perspective on capital, trust, and impact. Her experience spans auditing, wealth management, finance anthropology, angel investing, and social entrepreneurship. She supports impact-driven initiatives as co-founder of AkSen – Aktívny senior and newly co-founded Hello Senior, while contributing to investment and purpose-driven ecosystems through board and advisory roles.
